Peak season $159-250
Off season $85-120

Personal checks are guaranteed through a credit card.
Tariff rates do not include state and local room taxes.

Cancellation Policy:

One night penalty for any cancellation.
Full deposit forfeited if not canceled fourteen days before arrival.
Three nights or less paid in full at time of booking.
Four nights or longer, half payment due at time of reservation. Remainder due 15 days prior to arrival.
Reservation made within 14 days arrival, full deposit required.
